Workshops with Judy H. Wright

This workshop is aimed at adults who want to learn to control their own anger as well the frustrations and outbursts of others in their circle of influence. Assuming responsibility for our own feelings and understanding that we can choose how to react makes getting along and cooperation much easier to achieve.

There is a booklet available that will assist participants in learning the different levels of anger, hot buttons and cool down techniques. We will also learn helpful ways to intervene when children or adults are overwhelmed with anger.

Under every angry feeling is an unmet need. What are you really mad about?
