Wellness
is not an absence of problems or illness any more
than healing is the removing of all diseases.
When we work on our wellness, we must work on
the inner balance between physical, social, emotional
and spiritual aspects. That delicate balance requires
an adjustment on a monthly, weekly, daily or hourly
basis in order to function at our best in our
many roles. By frequently reminding ourselves
what is truly important, we will be able to reprioritize
and adjust to achieve a wholeness of purpose.
