Wellness and Enrichment



Wellness is not an absence of problems or illness any more than healing is the removing of all diseases. When we work on our wellness, we must work on the inner balance between physical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects. That delicate balance requires an adjustment on a monthly, weekly, daily or hourly basis in order to function at our best in our many roles. By frequently reminding ourselves what is truly important, we will be able to reprioritize and adjust to achieve a wholeness of purpose.

The following workshops and keynote speeches by Judy H. Wright have been developed over many years as a family educator and parent. The techniques, methods, and ideas are workable and practical. Please note that the content and length can be tailored to your needs.
